Before your first visit, you’ll be welcomed by our team and asked to complete a patient history form and an initial 50% deposit. During your consultation, you will receive a physical examination (Including a SAM analysis, body measurements and a thermal scan) to help identify areas of spinal stress or imbalance. The doctors at Liverpool Natural Health will then provide a diagnosis and create a specialised treatment plan tailored to your needs. An adjustment will be performed during this visit, and in some cases, you may be referred for an X-ray at IMed Liverpool (covered under Medicare). After your consultation, our friendly reception staff will guide you through the next steps of your wellness journey. Afterwards, you will also receive an email directly from the doctor with a personalised guide to your wellness journey.
No, there is no age limit. We provide care for all ages — from infants and children through to seniors. Treatments are always adjusted to suit the individual’s needs, comfort, and stage of life.

To ensure we can provide quality care to all our patients, we kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment—especially for early morning bookings.
Confirming or Cancelling Your Appointment:
• Please reply to the appointment reminder SMS by the day before your appointment or at least 3 hours prior on the day of your appointment.

Why This Matters:
• Timely cancellations allow us to offer your appointment time to other patients waiting for care.
• Missing appointments without notice can delay your corrective care process.
We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will always take genuine circumstances into consideration.
However, repeated missed appointments without adequate notice affect our ability to provide timely care to others.
Our Policy:
• 1st missed appointment or late cancellation: No charge. We understand that mistakes happen.
• 2nd missed appointment or late cancellation: A $40 fee will apply.
• This will be invoiced to your account and sent to you via email and SMS.
• Payment is required within 24 hours.
To avoid the fee, please make every effort to notify us of any changes at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Yes, there is free onsite parking available, but it is only available during appointment times. We are also within walking distance of Liverpool Westfield and public transport.
Yes, we accept allied health plans, however these cannot be used for Initial Consultations.
